the location was favourable, a 10-15 minute walk from a unique edutainment -based aquarium. the staff was accommodating & enthusiastic. the room we had included a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator.

The apartment we stayed in was very luxurious and spacious, with stunning views of the beach. The location was also perfect, with a new supermarket conveniently located within the building. It was great to have an in-unit washer and dryer which made our stay more comfortable.

The check-in process was a bit frustrating and confusing.

I had an amazing time staying at this beachfront hotel. The apartment was spacious, clean, and luxurious. The amenities provided, including the washer and dryer in the unit, were very convenient. The location was ideal, close to supermarkets and transport facilities. The staff were courteous and helpful in explaining the amenities during my check-in process. The view from my balcony was breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for my stay.

Everything is what I need and want.

We had a wonderful time staying at this place. The check-in process was a bit confusing at first, but after that, everything went smoothly. The staff walked us to our room and explained all the amenities to us. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and luxurious. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were great. The view from our room was exceptional, and we really enjoyed the variety of lighting options and the easy-to-use smart home panel for the air conditioning. The smart TV with Netflix and YouTube was a nice addition. The location of this venue was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and several great restaurants. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider staying here again when we're in town.

The check-in process was a bit confusing and frustrating, and there was no help available after arrival. the check-out process was strict and involved two people inspecting everything in the apartment.

Our recent stay at Lct Residence was wonderful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and luxurious, offering a spacious and sleek design. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern and well-maintained. We were delighted with the exceptional view from our apartment, and we appreciated the variety of lighting options and the ease of controlling the air conditioning through the smart home panel. The inclusion of a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube was a nice touch. Additionally, the location of the residence, just off the beach, provided a relaxed and serene atmosphere. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a full-service kitchen, although the wine fridge was unfortunately not functioning. we had a beautiful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lct Residence.

While our stay at Lct Residence was enjoyable, there were a few minor drawbacks. The electricity and internet connection were weak, which was a bit inconvenient.
