missingWrote a review on Nov 20stunning viewscomplicated check-inlack of english information
Stunning views from our suite added joy to our stay.
The check-in process was frustratingly complicated, especially since the reception for the residence is separate and not clearly marked, which caused confusion upon arrival. We were also disappointed with the lack of English information, making it difficult to understand the functionality of various amenities, including appliances. Furthermore, we only received towels for two people despite having three guests, and the communication barrier made reaching out for help challenging.

The view from the Junior Suite with Mipo Harbor View stands out sharply, gifting you with a picturesque panorama that's hard to forget. The suite offers a surprisingly spacious feel, adding to a sense of comfort and relaxation.
The main shower door doesn't seal tight, leaving the bathroom floor perpetually damp. Communication proves troublesome, as all documentation is in Korean, making it frustrating to figure out the multitude of remotes for appliances like the washing machine and dryer. There's also a notable lack of towels, with just one large towel provided for two guests. Additionally, the check-in process is far too convoluted for an exclusive hotel. reaching reception requires a telephone or downloading KakaoTalk. Lastly, certain amenities, like an operable wine fridge, are conspicuously missing.

Luxurious space near the beach
My stay was exceptional! Waking up to the stunning views and the spacious layout made every moment enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the lively beach.
The check-in process was a bit confusing at first, especially since the reception is separate from the rental area. A few extra amenities would have been appreciated too.

We had a wonderful experience with an exceptionally clean suite featuring comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The apartment offered an incredible view, and the smart home panel made everything from air conditioning to entertainment easy to manage. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed vibe while still being close to bars and eateries.
One setback was the slightly confusing check-in process, which could be streamlined for future guests.

Just a balanced option for a temporary stay in Busan with value for money. The location was convenient, right near the beach. For easy communication, using a translation app is a must.

The stay featured a spacious apartment with a stunning view and a clean, modern vibe. The comfort level was top-notch, with a large, welcoming bed and excellent air conditioning managed via a user-friendly smart panel. Despite having a fully equipped kitchen that went unused, the location was superb, just a quick stroll to the beach and nearby eateries. However, the wine fridge was not operational, slightly detracting from the overall experience.

Spacious Family Suite with Gorgeous Views!
The family suite was spacious and offered stunning beach views, perfect for our family vacation. Unfortunately, no shampoo or conditioner was provided, and beds were too firm for our taste. The front desk staff struggled with English, making communication challenging at times. For future guests, arranging taxi services via an app may save time.
